Door Pe Store is an online grocery delivery service delivering fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy products, daily essentials, and household items to your doorstep within select PIN code service areas in West Bengal, India.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Door Pe Store reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false or fraudulent information.
• Each mobile number can be registered for only one account.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may be modified at any time; prices at order placement time are honoured for that order.
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Cancellations after dispatch may not be possible.
• We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery (where available).
• Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Delivery is available only within serviceable PIN code areas.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to order volume or circumstances beyond our control.
• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to an inaccessible address.

• Fresh produce, dairy, and perishable items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or spoiled on arrival.
• Report damaged, wrong, or missing items within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds are processed as store credit or to the original payment method.
• Non-perishable sealed items may be returned within 48 hours if unopened and in original condition.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempting unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Posting harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Placing fraudulent orders or providing false delivery information.
• Using bots or automated scripts without prior written consent.

All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Door Pe Store or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without express written permission is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Door Pe Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to such claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
